If a problem is detected we will be immediately notified and take the necessary steps to resolve the problem and ensure maximum up-time for our clients.

Break Fix - Hourly Rate

If you don't currently have support with Metroguard and need emergency help due to a downed network or server we offer Break/Fix services at an hourly rate.
